Mmm, so power is more reffering to her technological talents than the sheer omph of a punch from her robo-arm... really, level a city?

Her arm is made out of a type of organic metal which can adapt to any situation. Couple with that an experimental fusion reactor capable of producing an almost limitless supply of power and yes, she could easily level a city.

Luckily for us Slice doesn't actually know any of this, and so far has only progressed as far as getting her arm to shoot plasma bolts.

Hopefully they won't too much. I mean just look at my virtually unseen girl Justice, she's a sweet and innocent girl capable of completely mindfucking anyone within a hundred miles with only the briefest of thoughts.

Yeah, but having Truth there to 'help' her direct it in positive, money-making ways helped keep everyone safe.

Up until the point where he mindwiped Divebomb, replaced her with a shapeshifter who fell in love with Slice and kept Dive tied up in a basement for two months being tortured by Hammerhand.

Tinman ended up having to crush Truth's skull just to get him to stop, and even then Justice was a handful to lay out.
